Free Market Evaluation

This method of seeing what your homes value on the market might be is sometimes called a CMA (Current Market Analysis). This process involves the Realtor to visit your home. The Realtor will make notes about your home, measure your rooms and survey the property in general. A Realtor MUST visit your home to give you a CMA. You can't do it over the phone!!!

The next step is for the Realtor to take that information and check the MLS for simular homes just like yours that have been sold, are for sale or have been removed from the market for some reason or another. The Realtor will be looking match your home as close as possible to what the "market" (not the Realtor) say's your homes value might be. You'll be placed in a range which your home would possibly fit into.

Your Realtor and you will sit down and discuss all the options that the CMA has displayed and then "YOU" make the decision on what price to place on your home...

Remember, the market will dictate what your home will actually sell for. A home that is "priced right" and "shows well" will normally "sell fast".

We have experience with these CMA's and would be happy to visit you and give you a free Market Evaluation.
