Thanks again for visiting our web site. You are probably here because you have some sort of interest in Real Estate. We feel it's important for you to "trust" that the Professional Real Estate Agents  you choose to represent you, will assist you in making the right decisions.

We feel that one way of building that trust is by getting to know a little bit about the people you are considering working with. After all, this is a website. You never met us and we are asking you to "trust" our advice? I think a little introduction is in order...

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US...

Basically both of us lead a simple life. We don't live in a big house nor do we drive fancy cars. Both of us came from middle class families growing up, Barbie from Elkton Maryland and Bruce from Upper Darby Penna. We met in 1990 and married in 1993 in a small ceremony in Elkton Maryland. Both of us had children from previous marriages who married and now we boast of several grandchildren to stir up and give back!!!

            


Barbie worked as a professional hair stylist for over 25 years with a repeat client list and is well known and respected by her peers throughout the community. Bruce spent 28 years with the phone company, first in Penna. then in Maryland,  working on the outside cable. You know, the guy in the bucket truck and hard hat...As you can see we worked hard for a living and had the same expenses our clients experience today.

In 1994, we had our house built in Charlestown Maryland, a small waterfront community in Cecil County where we currently reside. We love the water and being two blocks from the Chesapeake Bay, we try to sneak away (fishing) when time permits. 




In 2003, both Barbie and Bruce became full time licensed Realtors in the State of Maryland. Bruce went on and received his GRI Certification (Graduate Real Estate Institute, 15 weeks of additional studies in Real Estate) and Barbie is now in the process of acquiring her GRI.  We both became members of the Cecil County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Affiliated with Integrity Real Estate of North East Maryland, we now have the most accomplished name in the Real Estate Industry behind us. With all the resources of Integrity Real Estate, along with our commitment to service and our integrity as professional full time Realtors, we feel confident in our services to you the customer.

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU...

Honesty...It's that simple. We all become a "Team" and work as a Team.  Once you give us the parameters of what you are looking for in a home, we take over the job of searching for you.  We will go out of our way to help you find the right home and we only ask that you keep in contact and inform us of any changes in your home parameters so our search remains accurate.  

Relocation or transferring into the area? You folks heading into the Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG) due to base closures (BRAC) Base Realignment and Closure, will need to develop a trusting relationship with us. We will be your local eyes and ears while you scan our web site for homes of interest. Should an interesting property come up and additional information is needed, we will gather everything we can and forward it over to you via email...then discuss it on the phone.

SELLING???

Thinking of selling? We would be proud to market your home. 

Not only would your house be put in the MLS but also seen around the world on our website!!!  Use of local advertisement media is also a plus.  We handle all your showing appointments and all your paperwork personally while keeping in touch with you on updates.
